Now, a scarless breast mastopexy (lift) is not for everybody. I think the two most important things to understand is that patients expectations with scarless breast lift surgery is never going to get a high perky result. It's all about the breast dimensions as well. So who is a candidate for it?

Generally speaking, you need the nipple at or above the crease if the nipple is below the crease. Probably not a candidate for a scarless breast lift and if you go breast volume below the crease, it has to be minimal volume. You can't have heavy breasts below the crease.

NOTE: if you need a lift, you need a lift. A scarless breast mastopexy (lift) won't help you.

Why patients choose scarless breast mastopexy (lift) over traditional breast mastopexy (lift)?

Whilst recovery from breast implant removal surgery varies with each patient, most would agree that recovery from this surgery is usually smoother than the initial breast augmentation. This procedure isn't recommended if you want to retain the size and appearance of your breasts with implants in place.

Most of Dr Moradi's patients are able to return to work five days after a breast explant and report minimal discomfort after the surgery.
